APPLICATION

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.此纱需用1.5针织片，建议棒针打。
3.织造时，损耗率10%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
4.每只纱筒含5-6处手工结，织片遇结头或换筒时需做归边处理；换筒时首尾各拉2米，打结后归边，避免接头两侧出现异常。
5.ABC色纱，洗水需添加固色剂，洗后立即烘干以防沾色；织片时因纱线退绕方式不同易产生色差，需采用撞针嘴织造，片间存在色差属正常，需配片成衣。
6.收到纱线后先试织，如有质量问题，请在收到货后十五后内反馈涉及质量问题，本司只负责赔偿同等数量的纱线，不负责涉及面料织工以及货期上的赔偿。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2:This yarn requires a 1.5 needle size for knitting pieces, knitting with straight needles is recommended.
3:During the knitting process, the wastage is 10%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
4:Each yarn cone contains 5-6 manual knots. Edge alignment is required for knitted pieces when encountering knots or cone changes. For cone changes, pull 2 meters from both the start and end, knot the yarn, then align the edges to prevent abnormalities on both sides of the joint.
5:This yarn features an ABC color effect. Fixative must be added during washing, and pieces shall be dried immediately after washing to avoid staining. Color differences may occur during knitting due to varying yarn unwinding modes, so needle collision nozzles shall be used for knitting. Slight color variations between pieces are normal; match pieces before garment making.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度60℃~80℃
4.不可氯漂
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in water under 30°C with softener, soak for 10-15 mins.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry on 60℃~80℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
