APPLICATION

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 30kgs(sample) and 100kgs(bulk) per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.拉毛纱在纺纱过程中可能出现毛羽不均情况，请连续编织,如织复杂花型,可能会有破洞，请提前试样。
3.后整污染不可打枪处理。
4.洗涤过程不宜偏酸或偏碱，PH值6.5-8效果最好，最好是中性注意去污的助剂，金银丝遇酸碱要变色的。
5.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Uneven hairiness may occur during spinning of brushed yarn. Please Knit continuously and pre-knit a sample before complex patterns to avoid holes.
3:Do not use air-gun spot cleaning for stains caused by post-finishing processes.
4:The washing process should not be too acidic or alkaline. A pH value of 6.5 to 8 yields the best results, and neutral detergent auxiliaries are preferred. Gold and silver threads will discolor when exposed to acids or alkalis.
5:During weaving, the waste rate is 8%, including losses caused by uneven thickness, color deviation, color streaks, etc.
6:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃左右温水洗涤，加入柔软剂、毛松剂，轻柔滚洗 7 分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.平铺晾干不可滚烘
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water at about 30℃, add softener and wool bulking agent, then tumble wash gently for 7 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
