APPLICATION
1. Flat Knitting machines 16 gauge 1 ply

3. Pilling grade:3:has been tested on the collection swatch(same stitch/gauge/tension)according to Pilling box(ISO 12945-1/GB/T4802.3) at 7200 turns
4. DYEING PROCESS:Fibre dye
5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 100kg

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.此纱含50%PVA，需要70度以上热水溶解，将PVA溶解干净；不建议做间色款，易沾色。
3.成衣单根织片，洗水后不可用力拉扯（拉扯会造成破洞情况）。
4.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
5.织造时，损耗率5%，涵盖粗细不匀、色差、色花等导致的损耗。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered necessary.
2:This yarn contains 50% PVA. It needs to be dissolved in hot water above 70°C to fully dissolve the PVA. Two‑tone styles are not recommended as color staining may easily occur.
3:Single knitted panel of finished garment. Do not pull hard after washing (pulling may cause holes).
4:After receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
5:During the knitting process, the wastage is 5%, which includes the uneven thickness, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
工业洗涤指示：
1.80℃以上温水洗涤，浸泡20分钟，加柔软剂，滚动2分钟，脱水3分钟
2.需小烫后再烘干，滚筒烘干温度为60℃-80℃
3.熨烫温度小于150℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash with warm water above 80℃, soak for 20 minutes, add fabric softener, tumble for 2 minutes, spin‑dry for 3 minutes
2:Requires light pressing before drying. Tumble‑dry temperature: 60℃‑80℃
3:Ironing temperature shall be less than 150℃
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
