5. MINIMUN:The minimum for Fibre dye is 50kgs(sample) and 300kgs(bulk) per colour.

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.适当调整机台张力；如需编织复杂花型组织结构，生产过程中易出现织片破洞问题，建议提前打样试织确认工艺。
3.特殊段彩纱织造易出现色纱色差、色段不均现象，生产时请采用撞针嘴工艺进行织片织造
4.建议正3针织，因纱线特殊效果，建议先配片后再成衣
5.换筒时，纱线接头位置两端各剪除一米后打结归边，防止接头两侧异常。
6.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
7.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn is waxed. Do not re-spool unless necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2:Adjust the machine tension appropriately. If knitting complex pattern structures, fabric holes may easily occur during production. We recommend pre-production sampling and trial knitting to confirm the process.
3:Special segment-dyed yarn is prone to color variation and uneven segment distribution. Please use two-system knitting during production.
4:Recommended knitting gauge: 3GG. Due to the yarn’s special textured effect, we recommend completing panel matching before full garment assembly.
5:When changing cones, cut off 1 meter of yarn from both ends of the joint, tie a knot, and align the selvedges to prevent defects at the joint.
6:During knitting, the standard wastage rate is 8%, covering losses caused by uneven yarn count, color difference, uneven dyeing, etc.
7:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂、毛松剂，滚洗7分钟

3.平铺晾干不可滚烘
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water (max. 30°C) with softener and wool bulking agent, then tumble wash gently for 7 minutes.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
