APPLICATION

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.羽毛纱在纺纱过程中可能出现毛羽不均情况，请连续编织,如织复杂花型,可能会有破洞，请提前试样。
3.每个纱筒有5-6个手工打结处，织造请开启小接头探测器并归边；换筒时，首尾各拉2米，打结后归边，防接头两侧异常。
4.建议采用 3GG（正 3 针） 机型生产；若使用 3.5.2 变针距横机 织片，必须先确认样衣织片无异常，方可启动批量生产。
5.织造损耗率8%，涵盖粗细不匀，色差色花等导致的损耗。
6.收货后先试织，若有质量问题，15天内反馈。质量问题仅承担同等数量纱线，不负责面料织造和交货期费用。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed. Please do not re-spool unless absolutely necessary. If re-spooling is required, please contact our technical department in advance.
2: Uneven hairiness may occur during spinning of brushed yarn. Please Knit continuously and pre-knit a sample before complex patterns to avoid holes.
3:Each cone has 5-6 hand-tied knots. Enable the small joint detector and align selvedges during knitting. When changing cones, pull 2m from both ends, tie a knot, then align selvedges to avoid joint defects.
4:It is recommended to produce using a 3GG gauge knitting machine. When using a 3.5.2 variable-gauge machine, it is mandatory to confirm that the sample panel is free of issues before commencing mass production.
5:Knitting wastage rate: 8% (includes uneven count, color variation, uneven dyeing, etc.)
6:After receiving the goods, please conduct a trial knit first. Report any quality issues within 15 days. For confirmed quality problems, our liability is limited to providing replacement yarn of the same quantity. We will not cover costs related to fabric knitting or delivery delays.
工业洗涤指示：
1.40℃左右温水洗涤，不能用碱性洗剂，不能滚洗，以浸泡为主
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.吊干5-6成再滚烘，滚筒烘干温度60℃-70℃，不宜久烘
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致绒感效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的绒感状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in warm water at around 40℃. Do not use alkaline detergents, do not tumble wash, and mainly soak for cleaning.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Air-dry to 50%-60% moisture removal first, then tumble dry. Set the drum drying temperature at 60℃-70℃ and avoid prolonged drying.
4:Do not use chlorine bleach.
5:Different machine types may result in slight variations in the final effect. Please adjust the washing method according to the desired fabric nap effect.
