APPLICATION

5. MINIMUN:The minimum for yarn dye is 3kgs(sample).

织造：
1.纱线已打蜡，非必要勿回倒，如需回倒请联系技术部。
2.拍摄反光纱时请开启闪光灯，布片将呈现变色效果。
3.织造过程中需注意机台张力控制，否则易产生粗细纱疵点。
4.洗水时需在中性条件下洗，不能加强酸或强碱性洗剂，否则会影响纱线反光效果，颜色也会发生变化。
5.每只纱筒有十字结，织片遇结头或换筒时，需归边处理。
6.生产过程中会加入少许硅油，织片后出现轻度油斑，一般洗水后就好了。
7.不良率8%，收到纱线后先试织，如有质量问题，请在收到货后十五后内反馈涉及质量问题，本司只负责赔偿同等数量的纱线，不负责涉及面料织工以及货期上的赔偿。
KNITTING：
1:The yarn has been waxed, please do not rewind. Please contact our technical department in advance if rewinding is considered nesessary.
2:When taking photos of this reflective yarn, please turn on the flash, and the fabric piece will show the corresponding color-changing effect.
3:During the weaving process, attention should be paid to the precise control of machine tension; improper tension can easily lead to uneven thickness of the yarn.
4:Wash under neutral conditions; do not use strongly acidic or alkaline detergents, as they will affect the yarn's reflective effect and cause color changes.
5:Each yarn cone has cross knot; when encountering knots or cone changes during weaving, edge-folding treatment is required.
6.During production, a small amount of silicone oil is added, which may cause mild oil stains on knitted pieces—usually removable after washing.
7:Defect rate: 8%, after receiving the goods, conduct a trial knitting first. If there are any quality issues, please provide feedback within 15 days. In case of quality problems, we will only be responsible for providing the same quantity of yarn, and we will not cover the costs of fabric knitting and delivery time.
工业洗涤指示：
1.30℃以下温水洗涤，加柔软剂，浸泡10-15分钟
2.熨烫温度小于110℃
3.滚筒烘干温度60℃~80℃
4.不可氯漂
5.不同洗衣机机型可能导致效果略有差异，请根据自身需求的状态调整洗涤方法
WASHING INSTRUCTION：
1:Wash in water under 30°C with softener, soak for 10-15 mins.
2:Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110℃.
3:Tumble dry on 60℃~80℃.
4:Cannot be chlorine bleached.
5:Slight variations in results may occur with different washing machine models. Please adjust the washing method according to your specific needs and fabric conditions.
